Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment and/or your signature constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Following receipt of your booking and payment, ActiveKids will send you an email to confirm your booking. Please ensure that your email address is supplied otherwise we will be unable to confirm your booking.
  3. Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
  • Up to 2 weeks prior to date of booking a full refund
  • 1 week prior to date of booking a€“ 50% refund
  • Less than 1 week prior to date of booking no refund


  • 4.PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY
  • From time to time we take photographs and videos at our venues which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you would rather your child was not included in any photographs or videos we must be informed before commencement of your booking.


  • POOR BEHAVIOUR 
  • ActiveKids reserve the right to issue a Ban for poor behaviour of any children. If required a child/children will be subject to the below Strike basis: **Please note this resets each term**
  1. Coach Warning.
  2. 1st Office Warning.
  3. 1 Week Ban
  4. 2 Week Ban or permanent

 

 

  • 4.ActiveKids reserves the right to modify a programme due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances.
  1. ActiveKids reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low registration numbers, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur we will offer alternative arrangements that will include an alternative activity, venue or full refund.
  2. If a parent or guardian would like to make a complaint to ActiveKids they should, in the first instance, speak to a member of the coaching team at the Camp who will attempt to resolve the problem. Alternatively, contact the ActiveKids coach by phone or email.
  3. Although ActiveKids will take every reasonable step to avoid injuries being suffered by participants, there is an inherent risk of injury in our ActiveKids Camps. By making payment and/or signing the booking form, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child listed above and have custody and control of him/her and you confirm that you have read and accept all of our Terms and Conditions.
